How do I contact your company if my question is not answered here?
The most effective way to contact us is through email (Promotions@RedeemedArtsLLC.org), where we aim to reply back within 48-hours.

We are also able to be reached through telephone, fax, and our website contact form.
Are the paintings and crafts in different colors or styles?
All of our paintings or crafted products are original creations; which means they are one of a kind and do not have duplicates. However, our artists are willing to "recreate" the painting(s) or crafted goods in your desired color scheme.

From receipt of a request to shipping of finished product, you should expect no less than 10 business days. NOTE: A recreation of any product is at the discreation of the artist and is not likely to be an exact duplicate of the painting or craft seen online.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
We at Redeemed Arts LLC take great care in the packaging of our products; however, if you do receive a defective product we would require you to email a photo of the damaged product with a request for a postage page envelop or box. We will send you the envelope or box for you to return the item(s). After assessing the returned item(s) a refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
What are the shipping options?
Redeemed Arts LLC offers delivery though the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after payment and packaging has been processed on in stock items.

For local or large custom orders, Redeemed Arts offers a limited personalized delivery option (Continental United States). That's right, we will actually hand-deliver your local or large custom order
